Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with all Savile Row tags and luxury packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Arrange Collection
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized collection point.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team has inspected your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
